Common problems we fix
Small sprinkler problems can waste a lot of water.
Tell us what you are seeing when you schedule. Photos or short videos are helpful, especially for leaks, broken heads, valve boxes, and controller messages.
Broken or sunken heads
Heads can be replaced, raised, straightened, adjusted, or moved when they are too low, damaged, or spraying the wrong area.
Dry spots and bad coverage
If grass is drying out or water is missing sections of the yard, we can check nozzles, head spacing, spray patterns, and zone pressure.
Leaks and cut lines
We repair visible leaks, broken pipe, damaged funny pipe, cracked fittings, and sprinkler lines cut by edging, landscaping, or digging.
Valve and wire problems
Bad solenoids, cut wires, stuck valves, and valve box issues can cause zones to stop working or stay running.
Controller and Wi-Fi issues
We can help with controller programming, schedules, rain sensors, station problems, and Wi-Fi controller access when the system is not running correctly.
Water spraying the wrong place
We adjust heads and nozzles that are spraying driveways, sidewalks, houses, fences, patios, or the street instead of the lawn.

A repair visit is a good time to go through the system and get it cleaned up. We can run zones, look for obvious problems, adjust heads, identify leaks, and let you know what should be repaired now versus what can wait.
