Plan Price and Term
The Annual Service Plan has two Shakopee-only options. The Wi-Fi Controller Plan is $45 per month and requires an initial 12-month service agreement totaling $540, billed monthly for convenience. The Standard Controller Plan is $55 per month and requires an initial 12-month service agreement totaling $660, billed monthly for convenience. After the initial 12-month term, the plan will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled by the customer or Shakopee Sprinklers.
Included Services
Both Annual Service Plan options include one spring sprinkler startup, one annual backflow test, one fall sprinkler winterization, priority seasonal scheduling for included services, and 10% off sprinkler repairs when repairs are needed. Repairs, replacement parts, failed backflow repairs, additional labor, system upgrades, and services outside the included seasonal services are not included in the monthly plan price.
Wi-Fi Controller Plan Requirement
The Wi-Fi Controller Plan requires a compatible Wi-Fi sprinkler controller and shared controller access with Shakopee Sprinklers before the first included service. Preferred controller: Orbit B-hyve. Other approved controllers include Hunter Hydrawise, Rachio, and other approved Wi-Fi sprinkler controllers. Customer is responsible for maintaining a working controller, active internet connection, and shared access at a level that allows Shakopee Sprinklers to operate zones and make needed controller changes for service. If controller access is not shared, access is limited/view-only, the controller is offline, or the system cannot be accessed, Shakopee Sprinklers may move the customer to the Standard Controller Plan or service may be delayed or rescheduled. Controller installation, replacement, troubleshooting, and Wi-Fi repair are not included unless separately quoted.
Standard Controller Plan
The Standard Controller Plan is for non-Wi-Fi controllers or customers who do not share controller access. The customer must provide clear physical access to the sprinkler controller, water source, backflow device, and any areas needed to perform the scheduled work.
Seasonal Contact, Scheduling and Access
Shakopee Sprinklers will make reasonable efforts to contact plan members during each published seasonal service window to schedule included services. The customer is responsible for responding to scheduling messages, confirming appointment times, and providing safe access to the property, sprinkler controller, water source, backflow device and work areas. Included services require customer confirmation and access. If the customer does not respond, does not confirm an appointment, or does not provide access during the applicable seasonal window, the unused service does not roll over, carry forward, or create a refund unless otherwise required by law.
Priority Scheduling
Annual Service Plan members receive priority scheduling for startup, backflow testing and winterization. Priority scheduling means members are offered earlier access to available seasonal appointment times. It does not guarantee a specific date or time, and all scheduling remains subject to weather, route availability, property access, and service conditions.
Cancellation and Refunds
The Annual Service Plan requires an initial 12-month commitment. A customer may request cancellation by contacting Shakopee Sprinklers in writing. After the initial 12-month term, cancellation will take effect no later than 31 days after Shakopee Sprinklers receives and verifies the customer's cancellation request, unless the customer requests a later cancellation date. If a customer forgets to cancel after the initial 12-month term, Shakopee Sprinklers may refund the current monthly payment and up to one prior monthly payment upon request, provided no included service, repair discount, or plan benefit was used during the refund period.
Plan Spot Limits
Annual Service Plan spots are limited. Shakopee Sprinklers may close enrollment, create a waiting list, or decline enrollment based on service area, system size, route availability, account history, or workload capacity.
